Arbitration
We represent clients before the Thai Arbitration Institute ("TAI") which rules are based upon the UNCITRAL Model Law on Commercial Arbitration. The firm has substantial experience in the Arbitration forum and our attorneys are committed to obtaining the best result for our clients.
We also represent our clients in case that the losing party fails to perform according to the granted Award. We assist our clients in filing a motion to the competent court requesting for enforcement of such Award. If the legality of such Award is satisfactory to the court, the court will then grant the enforcement of the Award against the losing party.
