Ms. Chanyaporn Aroonnetthong is an associate at Seri Manop & Doyle, with a practice focusing on corporate and commercial law. She advises Thai and international clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial agreements and regulatory matters.

Her experience also includes advising on technology-related and digital business matters, data protection and privacy, employment matters, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Chanyaporn obtained her LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University and subsequently received a Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship to pursue her Master of Laws at Waseda University in Tokyo.
