Ms. Poonyanoot is an Associate in the corporate law practice group at Seri Manop & Doyle. She earned her LL.B. from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand, and completed her LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law with First-Class Honours (Distinction) at Durham University, England, where she was also awarded for Outstanding Performance in her Specialisation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Poonyanoot gained valuable experience as an In-House Lawyer at a leading international automotive company in Thailand.

Since joining Seri Manop & Doyle in 2024, she has focused on Corporate and Commercial Law, with a particular emphasis on Contract Review, providing Legal Opinions, and contributing to major M&A Project Teams.
