Mr. Phoungnak is an experienced litigator participating in a wide variety of court cases such as civil and commercial, criminal, labor, bankruptcy, tax, intellectual property, international trade and administrative matters and representing clients in arbitration proceedings. He has been a practicing lawyer more than 20 years.

He began his career in litigation with Dr. Mana Law Office and has practiced there for 4 years prior to joining Thai Legal Office in 1994. 

Mr. Phoungnak first started working at the firm of Seri Manop & Doyle between 2001 –2007. He then pursued his career at Baker McKenzie Thailand working in the Dispute Solution Practice Group before subsequently rejoining Seri Manop & Doyle in 2012.

Mr. Phoungnak’s educational background is as follows: 

1988: graduated from the law school at Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) 

1988: graduated from the political school at Ramkamhaeng University with a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science)

2003: received the Diploma Program in labor law from The Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association

2005: received the certificate of a Thai Barrister at Law.

2007: received the Diploma Program from Oxbrit Legal English.
