Mike Doyle is a U.S. attorney and a partner who has practiced in Thailand since 1996. He is the author of Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law 4th Edition and the co-author and contributing editor of Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Emerging Countries in Asia.
Mike has represented hundreds of foreign investors in Thailand establishing subsidiaries, sales offices, representative offices, factories and joint ventures.
As he is fluent in both spoken and written Thai, and is very well known in Thai circles, he has represented many foreign investors in negotiating and handling disputes with Thai companies.
Mike has published over 70 articles in English language publications such as the Bangkok Post, the Nation, many other magazines and trade journals including Thai language publications such as Krungthep Turakit. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Thammasat University in Bangkok.
